Prenatal Yoga Classes
Movement is labor's best friend. Take yoga classes to get limber and loose in preparation!
Lactation Support
Want to breastfeed but you're nervous or having trouble? No worries! I am here to help.
Placenta Planting
I will advise you on trees and other long-lived plants, handle the purchasing of your chosen plant, and plant it on top of your placenta after your labor is complete.

Those who are BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ are offered a 20% discount on all services.
Birth Doula Support - $600
Included in my Birth Doula Support:
- Communication throughout your pregnancy to answer your questions and help you find resources.
- Two prenatal appointments, which involve talking through the labor process, a variety of coping techniques, and formulating your birth plan.
- I am on-call starting at 38 weeks.
- Continuous support through labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. During this time I will suggest comfort techniques, advocate for your wishes, and contribute to a comforting environment. I will take photos as requested.
- One postpartum appointment to help you get settled. I will give you one from-scratch frozen meal to be eaten at your convenience, and deliver a written narrative of your birth story as a keepsake.
Lactation Support - $70

Once I have finished training, I will offer one-hour lactation support visits for $70 each.
Prenatal Yoga

Once I have finished training, I will offer prenatal yoga classes at a studio downtown. Sign up on my waitlist to let me know what sort of schedule works for you, and to get notified as soon as we get rolling!
Prenatal yoga pricing:
$25 to book one class
$80 to book four classes
$75 to book one private lesson (this can include your partner!)
Placenta Planting - $125-500
After we discuss what you're wanting from a tree or other long-lived plant, I will advise you on which ones would do well given our local climate. The price varies depending on the rockiness or prep work necessary at the planting location, as well as the cost of the plant chosen. I will handle everything planting your chosen plant on top of your placenta for you, so there's no effort on your part while recovering after labor.
